When the day is heavy

Some days the verse does not arrive in time. Or it arrives and you have no headspace to read it.

On those days, three short texts tend to fit:

• Psalm 46:1 — God is our refuge and strength. Write: “today I do not have to be strong all the time”.
• Philippians 4:13 — I can do all things through him who strengthens me. Write: “the next step is what matters”.
• Matthew 11:28 — Come to me, all who are weary. Write: “I can stop for five minutes”.

Scenario

You are on the bus, late, with a full head. You open the chat, type “heavy day” and receive one of these three with the line ready. You copy it, paste it into the notes app and carry on.

In Bibliou you type “heavy day” and receive one of these three, with the line ready to copy. People who copy the line tend to remember the verse the next day.
