How to cancel or pause without guilt

You can stop whenever you want. You do not have to explain.

Type “pause” and the messages stop for 7 days. Type “cancel” and the subscription ends when the period you already paid for runs out.

The chat confirms: “Paused until the 12th. If you want me back sooner, just type ‘resume’.”

What happens the next day

On the 13th no message arrives. You get no charge and no question. If you want to come back, type “resume” and the next verse arrives at the usual time.

Most people cancel because the day got tight, not because the text did not help. Pausing for a week solves more than cancelling outright. If on the seventh day you still do not want it, then cancel.
